I'm So Sick of [So-Called] Experts and Leaders!

Expert: Economic woes magnified for minorities

Want a job? Sometimes a less-than-choice job can turn into a healthy career

Publisher's Note:

The two aforementioned articles continues to evade the real issues of why so many of our youths are finding themselves disillusioned about our country's present economic woes.  Although some points and views were offered based on statistical data by so-called experts, and personal experiences, it does not provide an 'end-all' concrete solution to the myriad of unemployed workers lamenting about their present financial status.

Essentially most of us know how this country got into this economic quagmire of a mess.  To put blame on, and mentioning Republicans and Tea Party political toter voters does not, nor will not, remedy the jobless woes we face in South Carolina.

Despite the fact that there are some young adults who may not yearn to work long hours by working themselves at the work place as if they were mules earning low wages should not be looked upon as if they are lazy, or that they want their cake and eat it too.

Many of these young folks know when they are being taken advantage of by the manager/supervisor, and are looked at as if they are stupid because of their age, and/or because they lack long years of work experience.

The problem with many of the private sector businesses in South Carolina, and throughout this country for that matter, is that they tend to be MORE demanding, abusive, and greedy than non-private sector businesses.  These employers know there is a busted economy.  And they are aware of the fact if ANY employee has a problem with what they put down as law may find themselves joining the "jobless pool" while fighting to receive unemployment after it's all said and done!

Whether President Obama choose to accept it, or not, the numerous private-sector businesses, particularly the small to moderate-sized businesses are blatantly bias, racist, manipulative, abusive, and crooked in their practice of paying decent wages.

What is worse is that this 'behind close door' practice used toward the employees by the employers are known to various agencies who are there to thwart these actions immediately.  But a blind eye is turned away, and again, we continue to have "Enslavement of Workers" in the 21st Century, and as always, the answer is to get a college education.

Hell, it's the college degree holding individuals who are being subjected to this nonsense.  And it's the 20th Century way of dealing with employees that is RUINING America's economy - not the other way around!

As far as food franchise businesses goes, there are very few who  have shown, and do respect their employees.  And there are those who do not give a damn about their employees - not one iota!  For example, several employees who were working at a 'waffle joint' were cheated on their wages BIG TIME!  When was the last time you'd worked a forty-hour work week, and receive your pay of only twenty-dollars?  Exactly!

The young males and females need to work together, and NOT with individuals who continue to follow the traditional 20th Century way of doing business!

More on this later.
