Mosquito spraying slated for Manhattan
NEW YORK — New York City health officials say ground spraying to reduce mosquito activity and the risk of West Nile virus will be done in parts of Manhattan.
Spraying of the pesticide anvil is scheduled for Friday between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. on the west side of Manhattan between West 58th and West 97th Streets from West Drive in Central Park to West End Avenue.
