Robert Northen Daniels of Ladson, S.C., drowned after a strong thunderstorm filled the 22-foot pontoon-type deck boat with water in Lake Moultrie Sunday afternoon, WCSC-TV reported.
The 19-year-old would have celebrated his 20th birthday on Aug. 21.
